Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans change and cancellations are necessary at times. Due to preparation costs that may be incurred, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is given.

1 month before due date - Full refund of deposit.

Less than 1 month to 1 week before the due date - Deposit refunded less 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 1 week before the due date - Deposit is non-refundable.

We may offer other options at our discretion.

Can I order more than one flavor of cupcake or mini cakes?

Sure. The minimum order is one dozen per flavor. Keep in mind that your guests may want to enjoy more than one flavor. We suggest ordering extras to ensure you have plenty to go around.

1) You can select a licensed decorating design that includes character toppers.

2) We can create a scene that goes with your theme and use toy figurines for the characters.

Do you hold taste testings and consultations?

We offer taste testings and consultations by appointment only for orders requiring 75 or more servings. During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to share your ideas with us. We encourage you to bring photos of cakes you like, examples of the decor, or anything else that will give us an idea of what you want. There is a $25 appointment fee. If you place an order, the $25.00 will go toward your order.

If the recipient does not claim the order within 30 minutes of delivery arrival, arrangements will have to be made for an alternate delivery time. Fees will be assessed in such cases. Due to quality and freshness concerns, we will dispose of any item not picked up or delivered within 48 hours of the time it was due.
