Please Note: We require a 50% deposit to confirm all orders over $60. All modifications or cancellations must be made at least five business days before the order due date. If you cancel your order, we will issue a refund based on our cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policies


We understand that plans change and cancellations are necessary at times. Due to preparation costs that may be incurred, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is given.
1 month before due date - Full refund of deposit.
Less than 1 month to 1 week before the due date - Deposit refunded less 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 1 week before the due date - Deposit is non-refundable.
We may offer other options at our discretion.
